2013 AMBUCS National Conference In Ft Worth

The 2013 AMBUCS National Conference will be here before you know it!

This exciting event will take place from July 24-27 at the  Fort Worth Hilton at Sundance Square Ft. Worth, TX.

Hilton Fort Worth is a hotel of key American importance and is now a nationally registered historical landmark. After his final night here on November 21, 1963, 35th President John F Kennedy and First Lady Jacqueline spent breakfast in the Crystal Ballroom, with President Kennedy making what would turn out to be his final address to 2,000 visitors.

Enjoy your favorites in the Hilton Fort Worth’s onsite Ruth’s Chris Steak House, open for dinner seven nights a week. Café Texas has become a local institution for breakfast and lunch with elaborate buffets and southwestern specialties. The hotel also hosts Starbucks®, with coffee and snacks for you to relax with or grab to go. Work out in the fitness center anytime and enjoy business center facilities. Map and Driving/Transportation: The Ft Worth Hilton is 20 miles from the Dallas Ft Worth Airport (DFW) and 35 miles from the Dallas Love Field Airport.  The hotel does not provide shuttle service, however the Super Shuttle fee from DFW is $40 each way and from Love Field is $37 each way. Taxi fare from DFW is $40 each way and from Love Field is $70 each way. If you are driving or renting a car map and driving instructions. Valet parking is $22/day.

Dancing With the Big Hat Stars!

Wednesday July 24th opening night  event will be a fun competition of ten AMBUC couples dancing for the coveted mirror ball trophy. This opening event will be open for all to attend and will include, dinner, music, dancing and a whole lot of fun! Vote for your favorite dancing couple with your big hat dollars!
