Product Recall: Chain Tensioner on ProSeries Models

AmTryke, LLC recently announced a voluntary recall of the chain tensioner part for all ProSeries models. Customers who have encountered a loose bike chain on their first generation ProSeries 1402 AmTrykes or second generation ProSeries 1416 and 1420 models should contact AmTryke at 1-888-268-7953 to receive a new replacement part, free of charge.
Note: You will need to provide a complete mailing address as well as your bike's serial number, which can be found on the front part of the frame just under the handle bar stem.
