| Sunday, July 5 | ||
| 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm | Club Presidents Education Session This is a special education session for Club presidents and other chapter leaders. Full Details will be sent to new officers after spring training. |

| 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm | Registration District Governors host our registration desk. Pick up your registration materials during these hours. |
|
| 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm | First Timer's orientation meeting hosted by the
president-elect First time attendees learn all about the conference and questions are welcome. |

| 7:00 pm –11:30 pm | Opening reception and the Elvis Dance We’ll begin with the traditional flag ceremony, look for the national president’s message, and this is the night of the Elvis contest reckoning. Paybacks are &^%$#!. Rumor has it that the king and his band will be "in the building". |

| Monday, July 6 | ||
| 7:00 am – 12 noon | Golf Tournament at Angel Park Golf Course up now for hole sponsorships and support AmTryke! |

Registrants will receive full details. |

| 9:30 am – 10:30 am | Education Sessions A big variety of education sessions will be offered. The convention program will have full details, over 20 hours in all. |

| 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm | General Session Special presentations, awards, and speeches take place at the opening business session. |

| 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm | William L. White Reception This special reception is open to W.L. White donors and their guests. They will celebrate the accomplishments of the past year in Scholarships for Therapists. |

| 10:00 am - 12 noon | Scholarships for Therapists Program The focus is on Living Endowment, Scholarships for Therapists, and all of AMBUCS important foundation activities. |

| 2:00 pm - 1:50 pm | Spouse Program on site, "Transformation of a Showgirl" | |
| 1:00 pm – 1:50 pm | Educational Sessions | |
| 2:00 pm – 2:50 pm | Educational Sessions | |
| 3:00 pm – 3:50 pm | Region Caucus’ Regions come together for awards, and discussions about AMBUCS’ business issues. |

| 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm | Awards Program The top awards for all Ambucs and chapters are given at this special event. Don’t miss it! |

| 8:30 am – 10:30 am | Big Hat Breakfast Big Hatter’s put on their best breakfast ever! Have fun, and raise money for living Endowment! |

| 10:00 am - 12 noon | Spouse Program on site - program not finalized yet. | |
| 11:30 – 1: 00 pm | General Session Association business, discussion, and voting take place at this session. It’s very important that your club be represented. |

| 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm | President-elect’s Reception | |
| 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm | Dinner and Installation Program The traditional President’s dinner and installation of new officers. Dine, dance, and say farewell to all your new Ambucs friends. |
