Tis the Season For AmTryke Giving

The holiday season is here and there’s still time to make sure children with disabilities receive the gift of mobility and independence this year.

Right now, there are over 450 needy individuals on our national wish list, waiting for a chance to receive their very own AmTryke therapeutic tricycle.  These children have already endured great personal challenges and have all shown tremendous courage and optimism. Just imagine the smile that is sure to light up a youngster’s face if they are able to receive such a wonderful present on Christmas morning. Picture the joy they’ll experience when they take their new tryke out for a spin alongside their siblings and other kids in the neighborhood.

As a new incentive, AMBUCS has designated the month of December as National Wish List Month.  With this promotion, AMBUCS chapters will receive 10 scorecard points for every AmTryke purchased for a child who has been on the wish list for at least 90 days.  All AMBUCS District Governors who have 100 percent participation with this promotion in their district will receive 20 bonus points. In addition, the national organization is offering AMBUCS chapters a 10 percent discount on all AmTrykes purchased for individuals on the national wish list.

Please note:  The wish list processing takes time. We must contact the parent and therapist prior the shipping out the trikes to make sure no information has changed. In order to ensure that these trikes are delivered in time for Christmas, please complete your order by Monday, December 13th.
